Responsibilities: I look after our contractor and freelancer business at Mint. I have a Finance Analyst who supports me to deliver services to these clients. We provide regular management reporting to the vast majority of clients and provide ongoing advice in relation to salary and dividends. This is a sector Mint have been involved in since the business started meaning we have a wealth of experience across the team and where required other members of the team may provide support, such as our Personal Tax Client Manager who provides support for non UK resident clients.
